Equal Pay Review Services
ECC understands and values the importance of Equal pay for work of equal value, and knows that this issue is very high on its member's agendas. To help with this, ECC has negotiated a discount with three Equal Pay Review service providers for ECC Member's if they use their services.
ECC can help its members carry out equal pay reviews in two ways:
Firstly, ECC's consultants can help to analysis role data, identify the factors that may contribute to the pay gap and contribute to the development of action plans.
