Events Details 2009-2010
ECC offers a wide range of national events which are designed to enable you to make maximum use of our products and services. They are designed and run to allow you to learn about the latest trends and issues facing HE and FE and provide opportunities for you to network with other like-minded HR and development professionals. The Events are delivered by experienced HR and People Management professionals with in-depth knowledge and experience of using ECC's products.
Introduction to Role Analysis
A thorough grounding of the key stages and what is involved to enable practitioners to carry out role analysis using the ECC competencies, documentation and software.

This event is designed to pick up on the issues raised in the report commissioned by ECC and produced by Capita Resourcing. It is intended as a participative workshop-style event where participants are encouraged to share their thoughts and discuss what next after the implementation of new pay and grading structures.

This event provides practical guidance to help practitioners develop new approaches and so enable organisations to successfully recruit talent from the widest pool available. The content will include how to overcome any barriers caused by the wider labour market and its influence on the way potential applicants view vacancies.
