Welcome to ECC. We are a not for profit consortium of universities and colleges of higher education, offering our members consultancy and training services so they can make full use of our unique mix of high quality, integrated human resource management products.
We work in close collaboration with our members to ensure our services and products are relevant and practical as our overall aim is to help them develop their people’s capabilities and performance in a transparent and objective way.

This applies to the way we work, as well. Our services are delivered professionally and authoritatively but we adapt them to suit our members’ needs, and endeavour to keep up to date. We also welcome your feedback and participation: through attending our events, participating in our surveys, and responding to our requests for feedback.
